Pregnancy is usually revealed at this stage , so preparations begin  for it and psychological preparations required by this stage.
A pregnant woman  in this month should focus on the quality of food she eats more than before in order to supply her body with all the nutrients she needs.
Vomiting continues at this stage for some pregnant women, so you should focus on the following issues:
1. 
Eat snacks during the day, in order not to leave your stomach empty for a long time.
2. Stay away from fried foods or high-fat.
3. Eat foods rich in carbohydrates such as 
salty cookies or sweet, cakes, toast bread, pasta, potatoes ...
4. Drink fluids between snack, not with snack.
5.Eat a snack before going to sleep, for example, a cup of low-fat milk with breakfast cereals or a piece of toast with a brick or low-fat cheese.
6.Eat more foods rich in folic acid because they are very important for normal growth of the fetus, They are existed in green leafy vegetables (spinach), legumes (beans and lentils) .
7.Do not forget to drink 3-4 cups of milk in your food system or its equivalent from cheese and milk because of the great importance of calcium during pregnancy.
What about weight gain?In this month, do not expect pregnant woman's weight to increase significantly so that the rate of increase in the first three months is between 0.4-1.7 kg.
