Learning how to make peas and carrots for Arabs

Peas and carrots are the most delicious and famous food for Arabs eaten at lunchtime. Every country has its own recipe. I am going to talk about their main ingredients and recipe .I am also going to talk about the ideal benefits of peas.
The main ingredients
Seven medium carrots ,peeled and  chopped into pieces

Two cups of peas

Half a kilo of chopped meat

Two onions, peeled and chopped

Five tablespoons of tomato jam
One tablespoon of ghee
One teaspoon of ground black pepper
One teaspoon of salt
Five cups of water
The recipe
Put the one tablespoon of ghee in a pot and heat it over medium high heat. Then add the two chopped onions and keep moving them until they have golden color.

 After that, add the chopped meat to the pot and keep moving it until it is fried well.

 Later fill the pot with the five cups of water and leave them until they are boiled and then put the five tablespoons of tomato jam in addition to the one tablespoon of salt and the one teaspoon of ground black pepper

 Finally, add the two cups of peas and the chopped carrots to the pot. 

Cover the pot and leave them to be cooked well. 

This food is eaten with rice if you would like.
