Foul Mudammas or Fava beans

Foul Mudammas or Fava beans are the most famous and delicious food for Arabs especially in Syria. I am going to talk about the main ingredients of foul Mudammas and their recipe. I am going to present great benefits we do not know about, also.
The main ingredients
A bottle of Fava Beans or one cup of fava beans

Two tomatoes

A bunch of parsley

Half a cup of olives oil

Half a cup of lemon juice

One crushed clove of garlic
One tablespoon of ground cumin
One tablespoon of ground red pepper
 One teaspoon of salt

The recipe
Put the one cup of fava beans in a pot and fill them with water. Heat the pot over medium high heat. While the fava beans are cooking,

 you have to cut the tomatoes into slices and the bunch of parsley into small soft pieces and put them aside

After the fava beans are finished, put the fava beans with a little of their broth in a bowl and then add the slices of tomatoes and parsley to fava beans. After that, sprinkle the one tablespoon of ground cumin, one tablespoon of ground red pepper, one crushed clove of garlic, one teaspoon of salt .Later, pour half a cup of lemon juice and half a cup of olives oil. You can also decorate the top of the bowl with ground cumin and red pepper again .This food is served with bread and onions.
