Proper nutrition during the rest of the days of pregnancy can help you to relieve symptoms that may cause you inconvenience, help you in the birthing process, and ensure you constant breastfed and comfortable during the period of the post-pregnancy.
Symptoms that may appear during this month are: heartburn, puffiness, constipation, high blood pressure, gestational diabetes and anemia. To decrease these Symptoms , Follow the following:
1. Drink more water and fluids.
2. Cut down having salt and foods that contain a large amount of it.
3. Eat vegetables and fruit in abundance.
4. Exchange white bread for brown one which includes vitamins, minerals and healthy fibers.
5. Eat protein sources regularly , such as milk and its derivatives , meat, eggs, and legumes (chickpeas, lentils and beans).  Meat and legumes also provide you with iron to avoid anemia.
6. Eat vitamins and minerals specific to you by your doctor and also eat various food to ensure that you get these vitamins and minerals naturally.
7. Divide your daily meals into six snacks instead of three large meals that may make you feel upset.  It is important not to leave your yourself without food for a long time.
8. Cut down eating sweets and foods rich in sugars and exchange them for fresh fruits and dried. 
Good advice:
Do not eat too much foods that may cause you constipation, such as tea and bananas,and if you are a kind of women who suffer from puffiness because of eating some foods such as legumes (chickpeas, beans, lentils ...), Bulgar, broccoli, cabbage,avoid them.
The expected weight gain at the end of this month exceeds 2 kilograms.
