• Make your meal light and multiple (6 meals a day), for example: Eat nutrient breakfast such as milk and corn flakes in the morning, then two hours after eat a snack like a grain of fruit, for example, followed by food, which should be rich in vegetables, protein and carbohydrates. you can have a cup of natural juice with a piece of cakes in the afternoon, and try to eat dinner two or three hours before bedtime.
