I feel swelling in my body, what should I do?The body at this stage may begin with  a little swelling, due to water retention in the body. One of the most important factors that may lead to it is eating salted food (a large amount of sodium). So it is advisable to reduce salt in cooking and avoid foods rich in salt, salted nuts and canned food. You should also drink water regularly and reduce drinking coffee and tea .
The body of pregnant woman is exposed to have diabetes called "gestational diabetes", so you should pay attention during eating fatty sweets and exchange them by fruits, unsalted nuts or light desserts such as cakes (without cream), yogurt with fruit, (low-fat milk, and a little sugar or sugar substitute) .
