Fast food is loaded with ingredients such as soya, fat, sugar, oil, salt , fried meat, cheese, mayonnaise and obviously calories in high rate without adding any additional nutrition. You will need a lot of exercise to burn off the calories you take in . You will have to do seven hours of exercise to burn off the calories.

The high levels of sugar and fat in fast food can drive you to an increased risk of fatness. A study indicates that people who live close to fast food restaurant are more highly subjected to be fat. The cooking oils and preservatives used to keep fast food products make it difficult for your body to get rid of fat as well as the extra calories.
Liver injury
Liver injury is a considerable risk accompanied with consuming fast food . Junk food is loaded with trans-fat , an artificial fat that is used as a fixer so premade foods can stand for long periods of time before they are consumed . As your body works to eliminate this fat from your system it can build up in the liver and cause injury. It is very similar to the injury which is brought on by regularly consuming alcohol.


Heart disease People who eat fast food four or more times a week are subjected to the risk of dying from heart disease by 80 percent .
