Mujadara is the most delicious and famous food for Arabs eaten at lunchtime .Every country or everyone has its own recipe in preparing .Some people prepare it with rice and others prepare it with Bulgar according to their desires. I am going to explain how to make Mujadara with Bulgar. I am going to talk about its main ingredients and recipe.

 During this time, you have to fry the slices of onions .Pour the half a cup of olives oil in a pan and put the slices of onions in it over medium high heat .Keep stirring the slices of onions until they are brown.


Turn the fire off and pour them over the bulgur and the lentils after they are cooked well .Stir the mixture and it is ready to eat .Mujadara is presented with the pickles and yoghurt.
In my opinion, Mujadara is very delicious and easy food .It is useful and healthy because it does not have fats. It is made of olives oil, so it is suitable for all ages. I recommend all people wherever they are to try this recipe. I am sure they will like it.
