Ejja is the most famous and delicious food for Arabs eaten at lunchtime . It is easy ,and it does need too much time to prepare .Everyone has his own recipe of preparing . Some people prefer frying it and others prefer putting Ejja in an oven. I personally prefer frying Ejja
The main ingredients of Ejja
One onion chopped into small pieces
One bunch of parseley chopped into very small pieces
Five eggs
Two tablespoons of flour
One tablespoon of salt
One tablespoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of leaven
The recipe
Break the five eggs and put them in a dish. Then put the chopped onion and parseley over them in addition to the two tablespoons of flour . After that, add one tablespoon of salt ,the one tablespoon of black pepper and half a teaspoon of leaven and mix them with each other
 
Put frying oil in a frying pan and heat it .Then put a little amounts of the mixture of Ejja in the frying oil and leave them to be fried well .After that, take them out from the frying oil
