A potatoes slice with chicken in oven is the most famous and delicious food eaten at lunchtime especially in Syria .Everyone has her or his own recipe of preparing according to what she or he likes.   I am going to talk about its main ingredients and recipe.

The main ingredients

Six sliced potatoes
Two sliced chicken
One fourth cup of vinegar
One cup of lemon juice
Half a cup of water
One fourth cup of olives oil
One tablespoon of black pepper
One tablespoon of ground cumin
One tablespoon of ground red pepper
One tablespoon of ground red pepper
One tablespoon of chicken curry
One tablespoon of salt
Four cloves of crushed garlic

The recipe

Put the sliced chickens and potatoes in a baking dish and sprinkle with the one tablespoon of ground cumin, the one tablespoon of ground red pepper, the one tablespoon of chicken curry, the one tablespoon of black pepper, the one tablespoon of salt and the four cloves of crushed garlic. Then pour the one fourth cup of olives oil, the one fourth cup of vinegar, one cup of lemon juice and the half a cup of water in the baking dish.

After that, move all the ingredients with each other very well. Later, cover the baking dish with a layer of tin

and put the dish into the oven for an hour and twenty minutes over high heat

.Finally, remove the layer of tin and keep the oven heating from the top until the chickens are roasted and then switch the fire off.
Note you should cut the potatoes into very thin slices in order to be cooked well and keep your eyes on the food or it will burn

In my opinion, this recipe is too delicious and easy. I recommend everyone of different nationality to try it.
